HEATING UNITS:- |
Reactor Heating is done by using heating system to maintain saphlic temp condition of about 37.C. Networking of Heating System is carried out by Pipes placed inside the Digester walls, Heating is also carried out by exhaust of Boilers / Engines. |

ENRICHMENT:- |
Raw Bio gas (CH4>62%-65%Co2<22%H2S<3%) in wet packed tower Scrubber is scrubbed at low pressure and is Enriched to (CH4>96%Co2<4% H2S<13mg/Nm3 Moisture-16mg/Nm3) Enriched / Purified Biogas is further Compressed at 200bar for bottling and is used for running vehicles as CBG-GREEN FUEL an alternative to CNG. | |
